Translations
Before quoting for any projects we need to see the information to be translated. For new customers we require references from other UK translators, plus a 50% deposit on the first order, with 50% balance paid upon completion.
Graphic Design
New customers require a minimum of deposit of 50% before commencement of the estimated time required, along with a full written brief and any other supporting information. If a final price for the project is agreed, then we will create an initial design, and will allow a further two rounds of amendments, after which point you will be charged accordingly, and will be made aware of any further charges before agreeing to proceed.
Privacy
Wordsearch Ltd is highly confidential and will not disclose any part of your project with any other party without your permission.
Property
All projects / information / ideas / games remain the property of Wordsearch Ltd until paid for in full. Balance of payment is due by return on invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
